I don't recommend this hotel. The room, and especially the bathroom, were very small. All the appointments were outdated and worn. I paid a premium price for this hotel, but it was not a premium experience. The furniture was old, chipped, scratched, or torn. The mattress was old and sagged. This hotel's claim to fame is it's size and, well, size DOESN'T matter! **FOR THE SAME PRICE, one can find a much nicer and roomier hotel room in the Boston Common area!**

Booked this hotel kind of last minute, but were pleased with the accommodations. Pricy for us because we were out and about so much and just needed a place to shower and sleep. However, the location was good. It was an easy walk to all tourist attractions.

When I arrived, I was upgraded to a Towers room with access to the executive lounge, free breakfast, and free hors d'oeuvres in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and attractive. The lobby was beautiful. The location was very good, a block from the T Train and the public garden. Hertz rental is right behind the hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was lovely. Parking was a bit expensive, but that's probably true of all of Boston.

I highly recommend the Park Plaza. Our room was much larger than i anticipated, and very clean. I was able to check in early with no problem. The bed was supremely comfortable. The service was excellent. Housekeeping brought extra towels and clean linen upon request. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay here again.
